W13: Pastry exam

 

Last final week of posts,we had a pastry exam with our lecturer Ann O' Connor in our module Advanced Pastry.  Below I took photo's of fellow classmate's Veronika pastry dish which is to me just stunning a chocolate tartlet with a raspberry bavarois with a clear glaze giving it a lovely shine on it. The first one and second photos are my two favorites. The third photo was just trying to get the details more focused.
