I'm Sheilann a part time student that is just completed my studies of Culinary Studies in CIT in Cork, Ireland. Currently working in a busy kitchen in pastry in Cork City. Now studying for chef de partie course in CIT.
And already completed a course in Professional Cookery!
I love to food and baking especially chocolate! In the future, I hope to be a cake decorator or pastry chef/baker as I was inspired by work experience when I was in TY. But I still love cooking food from Mexican, Chinese, Indian to homemade Irish food!

How did the Blog start?
On my previous blog, I write on SheilannO I had written a few food post's on there and got a lot of feedback on them wanting more. So I thought why not make a food blog! It launched last February 2016 when I was in first year of studying culinary studies.
